I believe it may be time. Trying to think back to a team that has won an NBA title with the dominant player at PG, may be all the way back to Isiah/Magic. Who know what Brad will do, and while Wall is a tremendous point guard, the Wiz will not be a title contender with him as the offensive focal point and team leader.
