Lane College c/o 2016 graduate Roderick McKee is featured among students profiled by StudentAchievementMeasure.Org. While McKee represented Lane College as a student-athlete and will graduate with his bachelors degree, his graduation does not count in Lane College’s Federal Graduation Rate (FGR) measurement because he was a transfer/non-traditional student.
StudentAchievementMeasure.Org released a statement advocating support for the “#CountAllStudents” movement, supporting the inclusion of transfer, non-traditional, and low-income students who take more than six years to graduate in federal graduation statistics.  Their advocacy is supported by the “American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), the Association of American Universities (AAU), the American Council of Education (ACE), the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU), and the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU).”
The organization calls for all students who fall into this category to submit their profiles to their website and post to social media with the hashtag “#CountAllStudents.”
