Two Xavier University of Louisiana police officers have been placed on leave following a campus event where students say police locked them into a dining facility and pepper sprayed them when they tried to leave.
WDSU in New Orleans reports on the controversy.

Yeah good move not sure why you had to pepper stray students in a locked cafeteria. Not sure what the threat was that needed pepper sprayed
Only in America and only with African Americans will they get punished with the harshest of restriants..innocent or guilty.
