Howard University student Russell Schiller has launched launch a social media campaign showcasing the beauty of black women.
But the white sophomore from Madison,WI is also facing criticism for a series of tweets he posted in 2013, in which he used racial slurs about black people.
Over the weekend, Schiller posted on apology on Twitter regarding his use of slurs.

Yet another example of how long the memory of social media is.
I am eager to see the full response to this. Students appear to be more forgiving, while alumni are outraged. VERY interesting to see the split in perspective among age groups.
