CollegeChoice.net announced its Top 50 HBCU and Spelman College, Howard University, Hampton University, Morehouse College, and Tuskegee University compose the top five. College Choice considers factors claimed to be most important to prospective college students, including academic reputation, affordability, availability of financial aid/scholarships, and post-graduate success.
Xavier University of Louisiana, Tougaloo College, Fisk University, Claflin University, and North Carolina A&T rounded out the Top 10.
